Charter Boards:

Due to the massive partecipation expected, available Charter Boards will probably be not enough.
Priorities will be managed by Windsurfer Europe Srls based on travel distance and on date of request.

Confirmation Process is the following:

1. Requests must be done no later than July 7th.
2. You will receive a CONFIRMATION or REJECTION  email by July 15^th
3. If confirmed, you will receive a payment link to finalize the booking (payment to be completed within July 31^st).

To maximize the overall partecipation, the OA will encourage all the European Competitors, where possible, to come with their private boards or ask to their National Association to arrange private boards transportation.
