DESCRIPTION:Friday\, Saturday\, Sunday 4-6 September 2020 the Windsurfer LT Dutch Open 2020 will be held at the  Grevelingenmeer\, Brouwersdam in Zeeland\, The Dutch Organising Committee is WSV Plané\, located in Delft – the oldest windsurf club in the Netherlands – celebrating this year their 45th anniversary. \nOn this unique windsurf location\, we will compete for the Open Dutch championship in all disciplines\, Course Racing\, Slalom\, Freestyle and the Long Distance.\nWe offer a very nice programme\, with a lot of time and space for social events. Accommodation can be found near to the Race spot at Brouwersdam. This is the home and birth town of Stephan van den Berg\, the first Windsurfing Olympic Champion (1984). He is in the organizing committee and will join the race. Hoorn is a very nice old dutch town and was an important home base for the Dutch East India Company (VOC) and a very prosperous centre of trade. It is just 30 minutes away from Amsterdam and can be reached by train\, bus or car. \nBeside the races there will be lots of social events and there will be a “fun” event on friday where the three (or less …) best racers of an European Country will compete in the old harbour of Hoorn.
